The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for the delivery of the goods is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when checking out.

Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.

On the ordering page, fill the required fields, select the method of product delivery that suits you and click on the “Pay” link. You can then conveniently pay via a bank link, or other payment solutions. Details for payment, including all applicable national taxes and surcharges, can be found on the invoice displayed after order confirmation.

Orders placed in the online store are processed on working days (Mon-Fri 10.00−20.00). If the order is submitted on Friday after 20:00, the order will be placed the following Monday.

Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Montonio Finance. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details.

The owner of the online store is the processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Shipping costs are payd by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

By selecting the “Parcel machine service”, you will be notified by SMS when the goods have reached the parcel machine chosen by the buyer.

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used at any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

The costs of returning the goods shall be payd by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a defective or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall return money to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.

The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever is earlier.

The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to the companies providing the transport service in order to deliver the goods.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.
